The project has subsurface drainage, mass sitework, erosion control, termite treatment, fencing, limestone, geotextile fabric, concrete paving, concrete retaining walls, concrete curbs and gutters, structural building slabs, masonry, structural and miscellaneous steel, rough and finish carpentry, cold fluid applied waterproofing, clay tile roofing, joint sealants, fire sealants, pre finished metal coping, standing seam metal roofing, overhead doors, hollow metal doors, frames and hardware, storefront systems, metal studs, drywall, pre engineered light gauge metal trusses, acoustical ceiling tile, plaster, painting, resilient flooring, carpeting, epoxy flooring, specialties, extruded aluminum canopy, projection screen, two metal buildings (one approximately 13,500 sf and one approximately 3,500 sf), insulation, HVAC, and electrical.
