Description:  New Construction of an approximately 6,100 SF building for the Baton Rouge Police Department at an old pistol range. The building layout will contain offices, bathrooms - with showers and lockers, and an open meeting room. The building consists of post-tension slab, split-face CMU exterior walls, and wood trusses. The finishes include VCT and carpet tile flooring, and ceramic tile wainscot. The project also entails relocating a 200 KW generator to provide standby power for the new building.

Maritime Security Operations Center
Owner: Greater Baton Rouge Port Commission

Description:  This is an addition to the Maritime Security Operations Center at the Port of Greater Baton Rouge. A second story will be added over an existing, occupied building. The building will consist of structural steel, storefront glazing system, installing an elevator and clad with aluminum composite panels. The end result will resemble the design of a cargo ship.
