Description: This is a completely new truck dealership.  The main facility consists of a showroom, offices, part warehouse and service depart.  The work consists of lime stabilization, sitework,  storm retention ponds, concrete paving, masonry, misc. steel, rough and finish carpentry, wood framing, doors, frames and hardware, overhead coiling doors, drywall, insulation, painting, bath accessories, approximately 26,000 sf metal building, plumbing, an on-site wastewater treatment plant, oil water separators, trench drainage, electrical and light poles.

Cox Communications Retail Prototype

Description: Cox Communications is a 2,400 SF retail tenant build out in Gonzales, La. This is a new concept for Cox and they have chosen Block Construction to construct the first of hopefully many of this prototype in Louisiana and possibly the south. The design intent for the space is to help emphasize the existing COX branding/advertising strategy throughout the various interior environments. The designer’s intent is to define and communicate key retail strategies to be used throughout the space, through creative design solutions and graphic marketing. It is a typical interior build out, with decorative millwork features, graphic ceiling canopies, laptop table and guest seating, bill-pay stations and customer service center.
