Description: This project consists of selective demolition and renovation of an existing building in downtown Baton Rouge. The project calls for walls, ceilings, and flooring to be demolished. After this new walls, ceilings, and millwork will be built back in the unique downtown property. The exterior calls for water proofing, tuck pointing the masonry, and repairing some roof imperfections. This building is over 100 years old.
