Description: In the high school, Block crews will replace all doors, frames and hardware; paint all interior corridor walls and floors; renovate the boys’ and girls’ restrooms for ADA accessibility; install toilet partitions, toilet accessories, ceramic tile, new acoustical ceilings; remove and replace all window trim; replace existing shingle roof; replace existing auditorium roof with a modified bitumen roof; and construct anew handicapped accessible ramp\ sidewalk. At the elementary, Block will replace all doors, frames and hardware; install new VCT flooring; replace unit heaters; paint breezeway walls ceilings, provide non-skid elastomeric coating on the concrete; install new acoustical ceilings; and paint classrooms.
