Block will also construct a new porte coche, drilled shafts, sitework, landscaping, walkway covers, exposed aggregate walks, stamped and stained concrete, masonry benches, masonry borders, structural steel, wood framing, pre-engineered trusses, new 40-year roofing, painting, joint sealants, clay tile flooring, trench drains, parking lot striping, plaster, plumbing, sub surface drainage, new parking, new fountain and new electrical.
